Grow with this 1 hour and 15 minute private yoga class! Hatha Yoga can be characterized as classic yoga, it is for everyone. This class will be at room temperature (70) at a breath-centered slow pace. You will begin the class with intentional breath, then warm up poses, adding various standing poses, balance poses and final resting poses. As the body warms, poses are held for longer periods of time. You can expect to feel grounded and balanced at the end of the session. All levels are welcome, class will be tailored to your needs. Class will be held in a private room in Pam's home. You will work directly with Pam to schedule this lesson. Pam has been a yoga instructor at multiple studios for the past 16 years. She has a 500 hour Registered Yoga Training Certificate. Her specialties are Hatha Yoga, Vini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
